Everything else stays exactly the same. You still get a written scope before anything is agreed, a fixed price with no moving target, sprint demos every two weeks, full ownership of your source code, and a 30-day defect warranty after launch. The discount comes off the price, not off the process.
The offer applies to the project quote, so the earlier you scope the work, the more it is worth.
